It’s time to learn how to beat Rooms & Exits Level 20 Chapter 2 – Furniture Store. Most likely, you’ve gotten stuck somewhere and even the hints can’t help. Well, worry no more – today, I am here to share the complete walkthrough for this level.

You will get detailed, step-by-step instructions to complete this stage, with the advantage that you can only focus on the thing you are stuck on and not spoil the entire experience. Just follow my Rooms & Exits Furniture Store walkthrough below and you’re all set!

1. From the table in front of the blue couch, get the Scissors Part, Screw, and Pencil. Also, get the piece of paper from the nearby blue chair and the hanger from the top side of the white wardrobe.

2. Tap the black chair by the cabinet to zoom in and take the screwdriver near the red pillow.

3. From the room, collect some carper pieces:

  • one from the gray couch
  • one from under the other gray couch in the corner
  • one near the base of the green couch
  • one from the photo frame in the upper right corner of the screen (also get a piece of paper from the same photo frame!)

4. In your inventory, dismantle the carpet part and place all four pieces on the floor by the rest of the carpet. Solve that puzzle by connecting the carpet pieces, dominoes-style (symbols must match).

After completing the puzzle, get the key.

5. Use the key to open the blue box in the cabinet by the black chair. Get the Medallion and Crumpled piece of paper (dismantle this in your inventory to get a regular piece of paper).

6. Tap the wall stand with glasses and arrange them as seen in the photo to their lower right (look at the colors of the flowers only):

  • top: blue & red
  • below: orange, yellow, orange, blue
  • below: blue, red, blue
  • bottom: yellow, orange

To open the new door, you must write the numbers of the flower pots scattered through the room: 395267.

7. Tap the TV stand below and solve the puzzle. It is a very difficult one, with the woman standing in the top left corner (it was in the correct position when I started), her foot is in the lower left spot (also in the correct position when I started), and the red-haired girl next to the standing one (also in the right position when starting).

After completing the puzzle, get the pliers.

8. Unlock the screws on the air vent above the black chair. In your inventory, combine the clothes hanger and pliers to get a modified hanger. Use it to get the key behind the cobweb.

9. Use the key to open the compartment on the side of the brown couch, and get the wheels there.

10. Use the wheels on the black chair and move it away, then get the piece of paper.

11. Go back to the stand with vases on the wall and open the magazine. Place the pieces of paper in your inventory on the broken pages and look at the numbers on each. Each number corresponds to a pattern on the pillow – those will be our code next.

12. Tap the keypad by the brown door and tap each circle above the numbers to match the patterns from the magazine:

  • 5: full circle, dark and light blue
  • 3: cobweb
  • 2: two sticks
  • 8: the linear pattern
  • 9: diamonds shape
  • 4: four blue sticks

The door opens – enter.

13. If you look at the colored bookshelves, the boards on them actually show some Roman numbers:

  • the green one shows IX (which is 9)
  • the white one shows VI (which is 6)
  • the brown one – III (which is 3)

Use these numbers to open the locked door on the yellow stove (693), then get the batteries.

14. While there, get the scissor part from the hanger and the digital clock from the top right cabinet.

14. Collect a piece of paper by the foot of one of the tables on display, then another one from the green shelf. In your inventory, combine the pencil and the empty piece of paper to reveal a code.

15. Also in your inventory, combine the digital clock and batteries, as well as the two scissor parts and the screw (all three!)

16. Tap the white bookshelf and get the Tanagram book from the lower shelf. Combine the scissors with it to get Tangram pieces.

17. Arrange the chairs on display nearby to match the ones on the piece of paper in your inventory (their legs). Get the piece of paper.

18. Go to the shelf by the yellow door and place the tangram pieces there, then arrange them to match the example on your piece of paper. After completing it, get the Mirror.

19. Tap the oven and set the time to match the one on the digital clock (12:08) then press OK. From inside, get the cookies.

20. Go to the other room and zoom into the cash register by the door. In your inventory, combine the mirror and piece of paper to see the reversed code (02851). Use that on the cash register and get the receipt.

21. Tap the item on the small blue table. On each side, we have to indicate the number of items from our inventory:

  • first side (with the moons): 3
  • swipe to the left (to see the right side with the stars): 8
  • next side: 1 (clover)
  • next side: 8 (on the medallion).

22. Get the ID card from the top of that item and use it to unlock the door, then exit.
