Persona 3 Reload: Social Links Guide – How to Unlock Them All

Social Links are a big part of Persona 3 Reload, and in this guide, I will go over how to unlock them all.

Each Social Link has different requirements, and once you reach Rank 10 you will be able to unlock a special Persona from that Arcana.

Let’s go over how to unlock all of them.

Persona 3 Reload: The Fool Social Link

The Fool Social Link is the first one in the game you will unlock.

The Fool Social Link unlocks on the 18th of April, and it ranks up automatically as you progress through the story.

Persona 3 Reload: The Magician Social Link

The Magician Arcana is Kenji Tomochika’s Social Link.

He is the protagonist’s classmate, and you will unlock the Social Link on the 22nd of April.

This Social Link is used as your introduction to Social Links, so you won’t miss it.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Priestess Social Link

The Priestess Social Link is one of your party members’ Social Links.

Fuuka’s Social Link has two requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Courage Social Stat must be at Level 6: Badass
• You will need to have already started the Fortune Social Link

On June 15th, Fuuka’s Social Link becomes available to the player.

You can find Fuuka outside the bathroom on the second floor of Gekkoukan High School.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

You can also spend time with her in the dorms to increase your Social Link.

Persona 3 Reload: The Empress Social Link

The Empress Social Link is one of your party members’ Social Links.

Mitsuru’s Social Link has one requirement for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Academics Social Stat must be at Level 6: Genius

On November 21st, Mitsuru’s Social Link becomes available to the player.

You can find Mitsuru near the Faculty Office Entrance.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

You can also spend time with her in the dorms to increase your Social Link.

Persona 3 Reload: The Emperor Social Link

The Magician Arcana is Hidetoshi Odagiri’s Social Link.

Hidetoshi’s Social Link has one requirement for players to be able to unlock it.

• The player must be part of the student council

During the story, Mitsuru will invite you to join the Student Council.

You must go to the Faculty Room and talk to your Homeroom Teacher to join the Student Council.

This event will unlock the Emperor Social Link and introduce the Justice Social Link.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Hierophant Social Link

The Hierophant Social Link belongs to Bunkichi and Mitsuko Kitamura.

To begin this Social Link, you must visit the Bookworms Used Book Store in the Iwatodai Strip Mall.

You will need to talk to them repeatedly until they mention the Persimmon Tree at the back of Gekkoukan High.

Once you hear them talking about it, you will be able to go find it and begin the Social Link.

Go to the school’s courtyard, through the eastern corridor exit towards the track field. Inspect the tree and take the persimmon leaf.

Talk to them, and show them the Persimmon Leaf. Once you do you will unlock the Social Link.

To progress their Social Link you can spend time with them on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Lovers Social Link

The Lovers Social Link is one of your party members’ Social Links.

Yukari’s Social Link has one requirement for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Charm Social Stat must be at Level 6: Charismatic

On the 24th of June, Yukari’s Social Link becomes available to the player.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

You can also spend time with her in the dorms to increase your Social Link.

Persona 3 Reload: The Chariot Social Link

The Chariot Social Link is Kazushi Miyamoto’s Social Link.

On April 23rd you will be given the option to join the track and field club. By joining the track and field club you will befriend their captain Kazushi Miyamoto starting his Social Link.

You will also be able to unlock two more Social Links by joining the club. The Strength Social Link, and the Star Social Link.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Strength Social Link

The Strength Social Link is Yuko Nishiwaki’s Social Link.

Yuko’s Social Link has two requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• You will need to have raised the Chario Social Link by attending Track practice twice
• You will need to ask Yuko to walk home with her twice

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Hermit Social Link

The Hermit Social Link is Maya’s Social Link.

On April 29th the internet will be down in the Iwatodai Dorm, and Junpei will give you a copy of Innocent Sin.

Once you start playing you will start the Hermit Social Link with Maya.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on any day that is a holiday and Sundays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Fortune Social Link

The Fortune Social Link is Keisuke Hiraga’s Social Link.

Keisuke’s Social Link has two requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• You will need to have visited the Art club after hearing about it being open to new members
• Join the club when Keisuke asks you to join

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Justice Social Link

The Justice Social Link is Chihiro Fushimi’s Social Link.

During the story, Mitsuru will invite you to join the Student Council.

You must go to the Faculty Room and talk to your Homeroom Teacher to join the Student Council.

After you finish with the student council, you will need to talk to Chihiro three times in the Student Council Room to start the Justice Social Link.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Hanged Man Social Link

The Hanged Man Social Link is Maiko Oohashi’s Social Link.

Maiko’s Social Link has a few requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• You will need to visit the Naganaki Shrine after hearing about the elementary school student
• Buy Weird Takoyaki from the Iwatodai Strip Mall when she asks for some food that’s “round, hot, and soft”
• Buy Mad Bull from the vending machine at Iwatodai Station when she asks for a “mad and fizzy” drink

After you give her everything she asks for you will begin the Hanged Man Social Link.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Death Social Link

The Death Social Link is Pharos’ Social Link.

This Social Link will unlock on the 12th of June, and automatically rank up as you progress through the story.

Persona 3 Reload: The Temperance Social Link

The Temperance Social Link is Bebe’s Social Link.

Bebe’s Social Link has two requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Academics Social Stat must be at Level 3: Above Average or above.
• You will need to raise the Hierophant Social Link to Rank 3.

Once you meet these requirements, you will be able to join the  Home Economics room, and join Bebe.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Devil Social Link

The Devil Social Link is President Tanaka’s Social Link

President Tanaka’s Social Link has a few requirements for players to be able to unlock it, and it can be quite difficult.

• You will need to raise the Hermit Social Link to Rank 4
• Your Charm Social Stat must be at Level 4: Smooth or above
• You will need to have 40.000 Yen saved up

Once you hear from Maya that you can find him in the Paulownia Mall at night, you should go meet him.

In your first interaction, you will give him 20.000 yen. After a couple of weeks, he will be back and you will need to give him another 10.000 yen.

A few days later when you go back to him, and give him another 10.000 yen that’s when the Devil Social Link will be unlocked.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Tower Social Link

The Tower Social Link is the monk Mutatsu’s Social Link.

Mutatsu’s Social Link has a few requirements for players to be able to unlock it, and it can be quite difficult. It follows the same idea, as the Devil did of needing players to do different things.

• You will need to raise the Strength Social Link to Rank 4
• Your Courage Social Stat must be at Level 4: Tough or above
• You will need to complete a minigame where you give the correct order to the correct customers

Once you hear from Yuko about a “guy dressed as a monk” who hangs around at Club Escapade, you will be able to start his Social Link.

Once you enter Club Escapade, he will demand booze. Once you talk to the bartender, he will need you to get the orders and give them back to the correct customers to get the booze.

Here is the list of customer orders.

• The girl by the entrance asks for a Margarita
• The girl standing by the table asks for a Bloody Mary
• The girl in the middle of the floor asks for a Screwdriver
• The guy over there asks for Oolong Tea

When you get all the orders correct, the bartender will give you the boose, and you will be able to start the Tower Social Link.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Star Social Link

The Star Social Link is Mamoru Hayase’s Social Link.

Bebe’s Social Link has two requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Courage Social Stat must be at Level 4: Tough or above
• You will need to complete the track meet even on the 2nd of August

Once you complete the track meet in August you can find him in the Iwatodai Strip Mall.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Moon Social Link

The Moon Social Link is Nozomi Suemitsu’s Social Link.

Nozomi’s Social Link has a few requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Charm Social Stat must be at Level 2: Unpolished or above
• You will need to raise the Magician Social Link to Rank 3
• You will need to answer his questions correctly on the food quiz
• You will need to bring him an Odd Morsel from Tartarus

Once you raise the Maigican Social Link to Rank 3, Kenji will mention the “Gourmet King”.

You will need to go to Paulownia Mall by the main fountain during the day to find him. He will ask you to take part in a food quiz.

Here are the correct answers for that quiz.

• What’s the most popular drink at the cafe over there: Pheremone Coffee
• What color skirt does Azuki Arai’s mascot, Azuki-chan, wear: Red
• What item is on the secret menu at Hagakure: Hagakure Bowl

Once you answer him correctly, he will ask for an Odd Morsel to start the Social Link. You can find the Odd Morsel on the early floors of Tartarus.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him every day after school or on days without school.

Persona 3 Reload: The Sun Social Link

The Sun Social Link is Akinari Kamiki’s Social Link.

Akinari’s Social Link has a few requirements for players to be able to unlock it.

• Your Academics Social Stat must be at Level 4: Smart or above
• You will need to raise the Hanged Man Social Link to Rank 3
• Koromaru will need to have already moved to the Iwatodai Dorm
• You will need to bring him his Red Fountain Pen from Koromaru

One of the saddest Social Links to date in the Persona series.

Once you reach the Hanged Man Social Link to Rank 3 Akinari approaches Maiko and asks who you are. After that, you will be able to find him on Sundays near the Naganaki Shrine.

To progress his Social Link you can spend time with him on Sundays.

Persona 3 Reload: The Judgement Social Link

The Judgement Social Link is linked with the completion of the Fool Social Link.

It will automatically max out as you ascend the final floors of Tartarus.

Persona 3 Reload: The Aeon Social Link

The Aeon Social Link is Aigi’s Social Link.

A new Social Link in this game, and was implemented to flesh out Aigis as a character.

Once she enters your team as a party member you will be able to start the Aeon Social Link.

To progress her Social Link you can spend time with her every day except Sundays.

You can also spend time with her in the dorms to increase your Social Link.

Final Thoughts

Persona 3 was the first game in the Persona series that introduced the concept of Social Links. Though sometimes a little rough around the edges, these Social Links formed the basis on which the modern Persona games rely.
