Since you’ll need to run fast, one of the most helpful Lethal Company items is the TZP-Inhalant as it increases movement speed and reduces stamina depletion.
If you get too close at first, simply step back. The bees don’t go too far away from their hive.
Additionally, if you have the hive and the bees managed to catch up to you, drop the hive instantly and run. Otherwise, they will kill you.
