Chidori’s future is in the player’s hands, and in this guide, I will go over how to save her in Persona 3 Reload.
To save Chidori the player must spend time with Junpei on the 7th of November after seeing him talking to Chidori in the hospital the previous day.
On the 8th of November, return to the Port Island Station at the Rafflesia flower store, and buy the white flowers. That same night, talk to Junpei sitting in the dorm lounge and give him the white flowers.
I will avoid going over major spoilers for those experiencing the story of Persona 3 for the first time. I will only go over what you need to do to save Chidori.
Let’s dive into a little more detail about what you have to do.
Spending Time with Junpei on November 7th
After an emotional day at the hospital on the 6th of November with Junpei and Chidori, you will get the chance to spend time with him on the 7th.
After class ends you will see him standing on the side of the room, and he will also have sent you a message so it will be hard to miss.
As you spend time with him in Port Island Station, he will mention that he thinks about buying flowers for Chidori, but in the end, he will doubt himself, and ask you to leave and go back to the dorm.
If you decide to leave the situation as is, Chidori will end up dying as the story progresses.

Things You Must Do on November 8th
On the 8th of November, you must return to the Island Port Station. Visit the Rafflesia flower store and purchase the White Flower gift.
There will also be a small description pushing you toward that direction, so you know you picked the correct one.
Once night falls you will find Junpei sitting in the dorm’s lounge. Once you speak with him he will think about going back to see Chidori. You will also be prompted to give him the flowers or reconsider.
ALWAYS choose to give him the flowers. After a little back and forth between you and Junpei, where he misinterprets your intentions, you will have successfully saved Chiori unlocking her secret ending.

Final Thoughts
Though Junpei does not have a Social Link to delve more into his character, his relationship with Chidori is one of the most beautiful parts of Persona 3.
No matter if you decide to save her or not in the end, you are in for an emotional ride as you watch them spend time together, get close to each other, and seeing what fate has in store for them.
