Hookah Haze: All Endings Guide (Hidden Ones too!)

There are multiple endings in Hookah Haze, and you will need multiple playthroughs in order to get them all. But knowing exactly what you need to do to get a specific one is extremely handy, and that’s what this guide will help you with.

Each girl has two possible endings, and there are also a few more additional endings you can get. During a playthrough, you can get multiple endings (for example, the good ending with a girl, and the bad ending with another) if you time things right and choose the correct answers.

I have everything explained below in the guide. So let’s get started with this Hookah Haze endings guide!

Amu Endings in Hookah Haze

Note: I talk about the “trigger” dialog for each girl below. This will be randomly received after inviting the same girl over and over. You get this trigger after inviting Amu 6 times, and Kokoro and Kurumi 5 times each (start counting from day 3, as the first 2 days don’t count).

To know how to invite a specific girl over, check out my Hookah flavor combinations guide.

The trigger for either the Good or Bad Ending is the dialog line where Toru has to decide whether or not to tell her about the illness. The exact line is this:

“On the other hand, if I don’t tell her, she’ll be hurt, thinking I don’t trust her”.

You have two possible options here: “Tell her about the illness” or “Don’t tell her about the illness”.

To get the GOOD ending with Amu: Tell her about the illness. Then have Amu visit one more time before the game’s end.

To get the BAD ending with Amu: Choose not to tell her about the illness. Then don’t invite Amu over (she can come with another girl though) until the game’s end.

NEUTRAL ending: You get the Connection CG ending with Amu if you don’t get the trigger above throughout the game AND you get one ending with any other girl.

Kokoro Endings in Hookah Haze

The trigger dialog is about going with her to the hospital or not. Here is the exact dialog line:

“But I can’t just help her every now and then. I need to take her to the hospital”.

You have two options: “Offer to go to the hospital with her” and “Don’t pry, just offer empathy”.

To get the GOOD ending with Kokoro: Go to the hospital with her, then invite her over one more time.

To get the BAD ending with Kokoro: Don’t go to the hospital and never invite her alone again until the end of the game.

To get the NEUTRAL ending with Kokoro: You get the Nightless CG with Kokoro if you don’t get the trigger by the end of the game, but get an ending with any of the other girls.

Kurumi Endings in Hookah Haze

The trigger dialog here is when you have to either find assistants or not. Here is the exact line:

“Let’s think what I can do for her.”

You have two answer options: “Offer to find her assistants” and “Tell her to prioritize Fantadoll.”

To get the GOOD ending with Kurumi: Choose to find her assistants, then invite her over one more time before the game ends.

To get the BAD ending with Kurumi: Tell her to prioritize Fantadoll, then don’t invite her over (not alone, at least) until the end of the game.

To get the NEUTRAL ending with Kurumi: You get the Nutty CG with Kurumi if you don’t get the trigger dialog by the end of the game, but get an ending with any of the other girls.

Other Endings in Hookah Haze

Other Endings in Hookah Haze

There are various other endings that you can get in the game, and you also have the possibility to get multiple endings in a single run. Let’s talk about these first.

To get multiple endings with the girls (like Bad end with one and Good with another and/or Neutral with the third): choose the bad end option for any of the girls first, then focus on getting the trigger with another girl. Choose the Good end option with that girl. Additionally, you can plan ahead and not invite the third girl as often, to get the Neutral ending CG.

Get the Closed Ending: You get this after initiating the Good End option with any of the girls, but you don’t invite them over again. The game will give you the option to play five extra days when the 14 are over, but you can choose to “Close down the shop” instead to get this ending. (Otherwise, play five more days and invite the Good End option girl instead).

Abandoned Ending: This is probably the worst ending in Hookah Haze. To get it, choose the Bad End dialog for one girl only, then invite her alone once more before the 14 days are over.

Loneliness Ending: Another difficult one to get, probably the most difficult in the game. To get it, you must close the shop without getting any trigger dialogue with either girls.

The way to get this ending is to only prepare Hookahs that bring over a single girl. Again, check my guide to hookah combinations to know which ones to make. Make sure to only bring Amu over a maximum of 5 times, and the other two girls a maximum of 4 times each. (You will also get the Closed achievement if you haven’t done so already).

Happiness & True Ending: These two endings go hand in hand. You will first have to get the Happiness ending by completing the game at least three times to get the Good Ending with each girl.

This unlocks the True Ending, which gives you an extra (and pretty much amazing) ending.

And this is it! Now you know how to get all endings in Hookah Haze. You will have to go through multiple playthroughs to get them all, but the game is relatively short and extremely nice, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
