I will go over tips and the best possible answers for both a platonic and a romantic relationship.
For this guide, the main character’s name will be set as the official name Makoto Yuki.

Persona 3 Reload: Tips for Raising Social Links
When you want to raise the rank of a Social Link with a character you will be given prompts, and pick the ones you think are the best given any situation.
If you pick the correct prompt, you can get +1 or even +3 points in that Social Link.
To get the most points when going after any given character’s Social Link, you will need to have a Persona of the corresponding Arcana.
In Yukari’s case, this means having a Persona of the Lovers Arcana.
To unlock Yukari’s Social Link you will need to wait until the 24th of July, and also have your Charm Social Stat at Max Rank.

Persona 3 Reload: Reverse Lovers
The Lovers Social Link is one of two Social Links in the game, that can end up reversed if the players picks the wrong choice while passing time with her.
When you reach Rank 5 in her Social Link, you will need to avoid the “Because you’re a girl.” dialogue option.
If you mistakenly picked it, and the Social Link was reversed you will be able to fix it.
After reversing a Social Link the character will appear in their usual spot, but the arcana card over their head will be red.
You will need to interact with her three separate times and be remorseful about being stupid before.
Unlike the original game, there are no major penalties, and the Reverse Social Link can thankfully be fixed.
