One Piece Bounty Rush Tier List [Updated]

In this updated tier list, I will go over some of the best units in the game that stand on top of the meta, in One Piece Bounty Rush. Let’s go over the game a little.

One Piece Bounty Rush is a gacha 4 vs 4 real-time games where players must capture and control at least three of five treasure fields across the map. 

Each match lasts 3 minutes but can end sooner than if a team captures all five treasures and manages to hold them for 15 seconds.

With 246 different characters thus far, and with new characters released consistently, it will be in your best interest to know which ones are worth going after.

As with any gacha game, players will want to save their limited resources to get the most out of it.

Knowing which characters are really strong in the meta of the game, and which characters the biggest part of the community agrees that are worth the limited resources to get.

Tier List of all One Piece Bounty Rush Characters

For this tier list, I will go over the three top tiers of the game, and the characters that stand on the top of the meta.

Best Characters in One Piece Bounty Rush

Now let’s go over what the must-have characters offer when it comes to gameplay, and why are they so beloved by a big part of the community.

One Piece Bounty Rush: EX Pirate King Luffy

Pirate King Luffy is an attacker that can utilize two different Gear 4 forms. Depending on the form he uses, he will either be an attacker or a runner. When using either skill Luffy will transform into the corresponding form, and gain one extra skill for that form.

Normal Form

• Gear Four Snakeman King Cobra: A long-range attack that can inflict Knockback on enemies. Using the skill will make you invincible for a short period of time, and transform you into Gear 4 Snakeman.
• Gear Four Bounceman King Kong Gun: A long-range attack that can inflict Tremor on enemies. Using the skill will make you invincible for a short period of time, and transform you into Gear 4 Bounceman.

Snakeman Form

• Unlock Gear Fourth Snakeman: Transform back into normal Luffy.
• Gum-Gum Jet Culverin: A continuous attack as long as you continue to press it. Once you release it, it will inflict a Knockback effect.

Bounceman Form:

• Unlock Gear Fourth Bounceman: Transform back into normal Luffy.
• Gum-Gum Kong Organ Gun: A continuous attack as long as you continue to press it. While attacking it will ignore the enemy’s DEF stat.

I Will Protect You: Become invincible for a short period of time after use.

• When counter fails: If the enemy does not attack, deal a long-range area attack. Increases damage dealt when your HP is below a certain amount.
• When counter succeeds: If the enemy does attack increase your own defense, and deal a long-range area attack. Increases damage dealt when your HP is below a certain amount.

One Piece Bounty Rush: EX Olin the Oiran (Battle of Monsters on Onigashima)

Big Mom is a defender, that can also hop on Prometheus and turn into a runner. She has access to two different Skills.

Heavenly Bon-Bons: A long-range attack that inflicts a SPD debuff with a chance to inflict Aflame. Upon use this puts her on top of Prometheus.

Maser Cannon: A long-range multi-hit area with a Knockback effect. Damage dealt will disregard the enemy DEF stat.

When mounted on Prometheus her skill change. She gains the following skills.

Undo “Mount Prometheus”: A mid-range area attack with a chance to inflict Aflame. Also, HP will be recovered.

Fulgora: A fast long-ranged attack with a chance to inflict Shock.

One Piece Bounty Rush: EX Roronoa Zoro (Raid on Onigashima)

Zoro is an attacker who becomes stronger when he is in danger. You can also use his skills to change your weakness accordingly to always have the upper hand.

Three-Sword Style Purgatory Onigiri: A long-range charge skill, with a Knockback effect.

Demon Aura Nine-Sword Style Asura Blades Drawn Dead Man’s Game: When attacked while charging, your element will change to the one that is strong against the enemy. While charging you take reduced damage.

One Piece Bounty Rush: EX Hybrid Yamato

The hybrid form Yamato is an attacker that works with long-range area-of-effect attacks.

Namuji Glacier Fang: A long-range area attack. It has a chance to inflict Frostbite and also nullifies Stagger for a short period of time.

Divine Swiftness White Serpent: A long-range charge attack, and it is also an area-of-effect attack. Become invincible for a short period of time after use.

One Piece Bounty Rush: EX Hybrid Kaido

Hybrid Kaido is a runner unit that works around the idea of treasures captured.

Conqueror of Three Worlds Ragnaraku: This Skill cannot be used for a set amount of time at the start of the battle, and it also inflicts a SPD debuff when used.

• When the enemy has a treasure area: Move towards the enemy’s treasure area furthest from you. Also, deals a mid-range area attack.
• When the enemy doesn’t have a treasure area: Deals a mid-range area attack.

Entertain Me: A long-range attack with a Knockback effect. Also, has a chance to inflict Recovery Blocked. When dealing damage to an enemy with 70% HP or more of their max HP remaining also deal a fixed amount of damage.

One Piece Bounty Rush: EX Gol D. Roger

Gol D. Roger is a character that works best against enemies that buff themselves, and he works around dealing Stun on enemies while nullifying them himself.

Divine Departure: A long-range area attack, that nullifies Stagger for a set period of time. It also inflicts a DEF debuff on enemies.

I Wouldn’t Want You Guys To Get Hurt: Reduces damage received from enemies while the skill button is held down. Deals a long-range attack after a certain period of time or when the button is released. Adds the amount of reduced damage received from enemies while the skill is active to the damage dealt to enemies. It also nullifies Stagger for a set period of time.

Final Thoughts

With any gacha game, the meta is always shifting from one thing to the next, and powercreep is an unfortunate reality in games like these.

So use the units you want to use, to create your favorite man squad as you play. Meta can always be an important part of any game, but don’t sweat it, and have fun.
