The Museum is a town building in Sun Haven that is essential for progressing the game.
Players can donate various items to the Museum, complete its collection bundles, and unlock multiple unique rewards that can’t be gained otherwise.
To donate items to the Museum, players will need to access any of the three Halls at the back, locate the bundle that they want to donate an item to and select it from the menu there.
In this Sun Haven guide, I will explain how to donate to the Museum and how the bundle system works.

How the Museum Works in Sun Haven
The museum is a town building unlocked early in the story of Sun Haven. Players can donate their artifacts there to complete bundles and get various rewards. It works similarly to the Community Center in Stardew Valley.
The Museum is split into three halls, each with different bundles:
- Hall of Gems (Mining bundles)
- Hall of Culture (Farming, Exploration, and Combat bundles)
- Aquarium (Fishing bundles)
Each hall has a wide variety of bundles and the total number of items that need to be donated to complete the museum is 225.
But how do you donate an item once you get it?
How to Donate to the Museum
Donating items to the Museum is not as simple as one would hope. You can’t give them to Covington and have him sort everything properly.
Instead, you need to locate the bundle that your item belongs to, and then place it there.
For instance, if you want to donate an Onion, you will need to enter the Hall of Culture and locate the Spring Crops bundle. Only then you can donate the Onion and progress the bundle.
Since this goes for every other crop, consider checking out the official wiki guide on the museum to see what each bundle requires. This will make everything easier instead of having to check them in the game one by one.
Wrapping up
To summarize, players can donate to the Museum by finding the bundle they want to donate to and placing their items there.
Unfortunately, you can’t donate items directly to Covington and hope that he sorts them out.
Which bundle are you trying to complete first? Would you prefer if the game had an auto-sort system for the Museum? Let us know in the comments below.
