TTGL: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Mobile Game: How to Turn Off Sound & Music

The recently-released TTGLEN mobile game (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann) comes with an interesting feature: it won’t allow you to turn off the in-game music or sound effects from the beginnging.

Instead, in order to get access to the game’s settings, which will allow you to turn off music, sound effects and also tinker with the graphics, will only unlock once you beat Stage 2-3 in the game.

This happens early on – but still relatively late for most.

I know that I was searching for the option to turn off the sounds as soon as I started playing the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann mobile game and I was frustrated for not finding the option.

Probably you are in the same situation, if you’re reading this article.

But you know what you have to do: you just need to be patient and endure the sounds until you reach and beat stage 2-3 in the game.

And no matter how far you’ve gotten into the game, you must check out my updated tier list for the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann mobile game.

Once you get there, you will unlock the in-game settings, which will be available as a button in the bottom left corner of the screen, as seen in the screenshot below:

Simply tap that button and you will bring up the settings menu, which will allow you to turn off music and sound effects, but also tinker with the game’s graphics and even redeem codes (more on this in a future article).

TTGLEN this is where you turn off music

Or, if you really’ can’t take it – you can always turn down the volume on your device to a minimum and never hear a sound effect from TTGL (EN or SEA – whichever version you play) until you reach that stage.
