Once you complete the ‘Alchemy Request: Maustrap Alchemii’ quest, you’ll unlock the Cauldron and be able to start brewing by combining certain ingredients.

How Potion Brewing Works
Potion brewing is straightforward in Moonstone Island. After completing the ‘Alchemy Request: Maustrap Alchemii’ quest, you will be able to craft and place the Cauldron.
To craft it, you’ll need 1 Moonstone, 2 Iron Ingots, and 1 Poison.
With the Cauldron placed, you can start making potions by combining various ingredients.
Potions grant useful effects such as resistance against certain hazards, removal of debuffs, and buffs like invisibility.
All Potion Recipes in Moonstone Island
There are 20 potion recipes in the game and each requires a different combination of ingredients.
Keep in mind that every potion requires having 1x Glass Bottle and 1x Ash. Since they are needed for all potions and to prevent repetitiveness, I won’t list them in the ingredients tab but remember that you always need them.
You can get Ash by burning wood in a Furnace while to get Glass you’ll need to place a Water Spirit in your Spirit Barn.
