How to Turn Off Voice Chat in KartRider: Drift
Thankfully, disabling the voice chat in this game is fairly straightforward. Here’s everything players need to do:
- Press F10 to access the Main Menu.
- Select ‘Settings’.
- From the top bar, select the ‘Audio’ tab.
- Scroll all the way down to the ‘Voice Chat’ tab.
- Find Voice Chat and turn it off.
Keep in mind that after changing any settings players will need to click the F12 button on their keyboard to save any new changes.
How to Use Voice Chat in KartRider: Drift
If, instead, you’ve decided you want to keep voice chat on and use it to mess with your opponents, simply follow the above process but in Step 5 make sure it’s set to on.
Then navigate to the ‘Controls’ tab within ‘Settings’, and set the voice chat hotkey to any key of your choice. In general, for voice chat, I always prefer to use Mouse4. However, any hotkey that’s not set to anywhere else will work fine.
With that set, hop in a game and get ready to taunt your opponents and have some fun.
