How to Find the Virus Carrier in Forever Skies

During one of the last main story quests, players will have to harvest a Yellow Ball plant, get a Hypothermia Booster and move past the flowers, and find the Impious Mantis with a dead person hanging nearby.
If you’re struggling with the flowers, check out our guide on how to get past flowers in Forever Skies.
The quest in your To-Do List will require you to “Examine the virus carrier”.
At this point, you will need to find the virus carrier but without any clear indication of where to find it.
To find the Virus Carrier in Forever Skies, players will need to harvest the back of the dead mantis and pick up the Mantis Gland from there. This will allow you to progress the mission and complete the quest.
Keep in mind that there are two Mantis Glands that you’ll need to pick up at the back of the dead mantis.
Then, go back to your base and scan the Mantis Glants that you just picked up at your Virus Scanner.
Also, remember that Forever Skies is in early access mode and the story isn’t fully finished. This is one of the final missions currently in the game.
Wrapping up
To sum up, players can find the Virus Carrier in Forever Skies by interacting with the dead mantis and picking it up from its back.
Then, they’ll need to bring it back to their base and scan it with their Virus Scanner to complete this mission.
