…apparently it was dropped today. Yes, I was in the beta so I’ll have impressions soon(TM), but probably not until the end of the day-ish. Waaaay to busy at work right now. If you need some impressions right now, Potshot and Tobold have some good ones up.

If you want a little preview of my beta impressions I’ll just say this: 50-50.

D out.

Edit: I haven’t really found anything to support this just yet. Title changed.

It hasn’t been officially announced yet to the public yet everyone seems to be posting about it just because it’s the 3rd. :(

I have no way of checking here at work. I didn’t realize it really hadn’t been dropped yet. I just assumed Tobold was trustworthy, the rascal. :P

Yeah…I checked the main site and really didn’t see any press release regarding the NDA.

    It’s definitely NOT down.

Communication has been less than clear on this, but Aether has a sticky post in the beta forums (“The European Pre-Order, Open Beta and More!”) that explicitly said that on December 3, everyone could share thoughts. If they meant after their announcement at the end of the day U.S. West Coast time, they could have easily said so. Lots of posts there regarding end of closed beta events there too, etc. I’m sure that’s what Tobold was relying on as was I. Of course, being in Belgium, he ticked 12/3 before the rest of us.

Aether just posted on the official PotBS boards a few minutes ago:

As stated above, the NDA isn’t lifted as of yet, but will be shortly.

I see they’ve posted on the main site now (http://www.burningsea.com/page/news/article&article_id=10483). Aether must have worked with Richard Garriott ;)

  8. Keen says:

Yep it’s lifted as of about 11:30am PST now.
