    I’ll openly admit that I’m going to fall for it. Why not? What can it seriously hurt to hope that something different actually succeeds? At this point, it can’t hurt a damn thing.

    It does sort of look like a train wreck in progress. However, I really am rooting for them. Diversity is good thing, and DF is one of the most divergent designs to come along in a while. Plus maybe all the hardcore “give me FFA PvP or give me death!” pre-Trammel UO enthusiasts will stop whining so much if they have someplace to go.

    @Scott: Pretty good. I have 3 characters near level 40 and I’m excited for the Darkness Falls type dungeon to come out in a few months.

    Much as I do not have much interst in trying Darkfall, I do hope that it will be an enjoyable game for a large enough audience.
